Véripsec’s Mission Statement:
To provide professional, ethical and quality conscious Home Inspection Services to the community.
Pre- Purchase Inspections
Thinking about purchasing a home? Have your home inspected by a qualified inspector trained to look for apparent defects. Get an unbiased objective exhaustive visual examination of your house for your peace of mind. Your report will be comprehensive, understandable. Each system and defect will be noted and explained in easy to understand language. Complicated terms will be defined. All components will be followed immediately with high quality photos to back up the inspector’s findings.
Putting your house on the market? Consider a pre-sale inspection. Not only will the inspection point out apparent defects that could potentially be corrected before the sale adding value to the property but help you avoid lengthy negotiation on conditional offers.
What does the inspector look for?
The inspector will look at all the major components of the building including:
- Insulation & Ventilation
- Signs of Water Infiltration
What an inspection is not…
It’s important to know that a visual home inspection is not able to uncover hidden defects. The inspection is looking for apparent defects and commenting on the general state of the building. While every effort is made to look for signs of potential deficiencies, hidden defects are by definition hidden and can not be uncovered visually.
